Contact Lynne Franklin at Travel Forum at 773)586-8843.If you unavailable to go to the office to give your deposit if person,you can do so, over the phone by Credit card and at a later date go in the office to scan your credit card.I believe the office is open to 9am -5:30pm Monday-Friday. Saturday hours 9am-3pm.

There was a change in plans from the letter originally made, with quotes. We did not have enough people to book the trip as a group. Therefore, we are now booking the trip as indiviual families.This is making the prices either cheaper or the same depending on your situation. The insurance priced as an indivual family rather than group is $69.00 for adult and $49.00 for child. The deposit is the same amount. The cancellation insurance allows you to cancel for any reason at all with no questioned asked, also there is a price adjusment made if we find our hotel at a cheapier rate we can contact our travel agent and get our trip for that discounted price. This can be done to the day before we leave on our trip. Another change is instead of leaving on Thursday, we found it cheapier to leave on Wednesday. Because this is an indiviual rate ,if you deceide to go this way, deposit is as soon as possible to guarantee as seat on the flight.
